PALMA - SANT CARLES DE LA RAPITA - COLUMBRETES - PALMA (320 NM)
Day 1: Saturday from Palma de Mallorca to Port d'Andratx (20 miles)
Arrival and check-in between 12 noon and 5 p.m.
After having passed numerous capes, you will arrive at Port d'Andratx, a port with accessible infrastructure with magnificent landscapes, with many restaurants and bars close to the sea and entering the municipality.
Departure at 5:00 p.m. for dinner at 9:00 p.m. in the port, spending the night at anchor.
Day 2: Sunday from Port D´Andratx to Ibiza, Sant Antoni (65 miles)
A good continental breakfast and we set sail for Ibiza.
A great day of sailing awaits us, depending on the type of size of the boat between 7am and 10am, we will surely find dolphins in our journey you will arrive to appreciate one of the best sunsets.
Dinner and breakfast the next day in San Antonio.
Day 3: Monday from Ibiza, Sant Antonio to Islas Columbretes (65 miles)
The volcanic islands of the Columbretes await you. About 15 miles from the arrival you will see the largest of the islands of the Columbretes. Isla Grosa, where later we will anchor in one of its 12 free buoys. The guards will tell you the history of the archipelago, the ancient guardians of the lighthouse, as well as the fauna and flora. Las Columbretes is a protected area and marina.
Departure: 09-10h. Arrived at 7pm We will still have about 2/3 hours of light to enjoy.
Day 4: Tuesday from the Islas Columbretes to La Ràpita, (45 miles)
It's time to set sail! 20 miles from the destination, you will discover the mountains of Montsià behind La Ràpita.
You will arrive in time to Ràpita to reach the fishing port at 4:00 p.m. Later, we recommend a visit to La Lonja, the largest in Catalonia.
During the afternoon, you will deserve a visit to the restaurants of La Ràpita. You will be able to taste its great variety of fresh seafood.
Day 5 : Wednesday from La Ràpita to L’Ampolla (40 miles - relaxed sailing day)
Today decide if you want to continue browsing or relax. If you want to continue the navigation, we start our day waking up in a lagoon south of the Delta del Ebro, in the port of Els Alfacs.
The advantages; you will find multi-colored parks that can be visited by boat or canoe. For a small snack based on oysters, mussels and a little wine or champagne ... El Puerto measures 5 miles from east to west and almost 2 miles from north to south.
We will find an anchorage 2 meters deep with a seaweed-free site with sandy bottoms.
After this relaxing break, you are close to the first big stage.
It is true that the distance between the two spas is less than 15 miles, but in the end, the slide will show 40 miles around the flat sands of the delta without running around.
We will pass the great lighthouse of the region, Punta de la Banva, Cabo Tortosa located just in front of the delta in the sea.
Near this place the water begins to be perceived the greenish of the fresh water of the Ebro mixing with the blue color of the Mediterranean.
Day 6 / Day 7 Thursday La Rapita to Palma de Mallorca (125 miles)
Departure from La Rapita at 1pm, eating there.
This last stage of the route is a small "offshore cruise" with its incredible unpublished impressions of the route to the Balearic Islands. The cruise continues via Palma, its famous capital.
Once you are in Palma you will check out where a lovely afternoon will await you. You have managed to do nothing less than 360 miles! Bravo!. You have won your nautical diploma Rally Palma-Delta del Ebro- Columbretes- Palma.
DAY 8 Disembarkation in Palma
You are scheduled to disembark at 8am.
